Grandma's Ginger Bread House!
Brooklyn wanted her picture taken with every piece of candy...
...which I thought was hilarious...
...so I took her picture!
My little sweety! So, after decorating my mom always goes along the edges and does icicles with the icing. The other day Brooklyn got mad about something and ran to the living room to create some sort of havoc. Well, this time she snapped off all of Grandma's icicles! Bad Brooky! Sorry Grandma :(

Oh man I laughed OUT LOUD when I read about the icicles! I made a gingerbread house last week with the 9 yr old boy I babysit. It was a lot of fun though it didn't look as *polished* as Grandma Horch's does! Lesson learned: 1. glue it together the night before because it will take that long to really get hard and transportable. 2. If lesson 1 is ignored be sure to notate which pieces fall on the floor so you can eat the other ones instead.
Ya, Grandma Horch is pretty much pro by now. She has had many many many years to perfect her skills. Someday I will...
