Okay, this is not a great picture, but you can see it right? This is a HUGE BUCK! There are two that we see daily now, this is the big one. Brooklyn loves to watch them, but she is worried for the mommies and babies. And for good reason! You see, the does are in heat right now and the bucks are out trolling. Only problem is that the babies still want their moms. So the bucks chase them and try to separate them. My mom tried to explain to me that this is just how nature works. But knowing that still didn't make me feel better as we watched the baby deer hiding under the trampoline while it's mom gets her tail checked out. Oh well, it's fun seeing nature. And mom said she saw two little bucks sparring in the back yard with their little antlers! How precious is that?
