We took Brooklyn to the doctor today and found out that she is 16lbs 4oz and 27 inches long. She is a healthy baby, and the doctor said that she is ready for food! It was quite a process giving her the rice cereal, and we aren't sure how much really went down since she was hungry pretty soon after. But she is growing great and is developing physically ahead of schedule. She is making us work! However verbally she has always been very quiet. A few days ago though she started saying wah-wah-wah... and bah-bah-bah..., and my personal favorite ma-ma-ma... and now it seems that all she wants to do is babble one of those phrases while standing up on something. Her two coolest tricks. This is my favorite stage so far. She is so cute!
